If you pull the rubber dust seal off the front (there should be a snap ring holding it in) and the 5/16" bolt out of the back the coupler you can take the coupler out to check the seals. I don't know how it could have happened but I had one that got a little corroded which let it drip like your saying. Also there are two rubber seals that are like square shoulderd o-rings that seal the coupler in the housing that could be bad. Those ISO conversions aren't as reliable as the factory setup but they sure beat having to use adaptors. Between our 5488, 1086 and three 1066s we have them all changed over to ISOs and it seems like about once a year one will start leaking like yours are.
