I hate I missed that topic yesterday but I was out of town.I have a 351 W in my F250 4wd that has 170K on it and still runs great with a Holley and a C6 and no overdrive.I wished it had a good overdrive in it but a C6 is one tough transmission.I am getting 10-12 mph which sucks with gas at 3.09 here but I like driving that ole brute.Mine is really peppy for no more cubic inches it has.Guess it is the cam and Holley, not sure but something works good and it idles good and smooth. Was told a 400 M block crank could be installed to make a half an inch stroke to it making it a 400 small block.Might look into that one day.
