You get the bill from the Holstein Association, I doubt they are made in Vermont. The bill comes from them to keep the database private so people cannot file a Freedom of Information Act and get your personal herd inventory. Besides, if we had to have them made here in Michigan they probably would cost 50% more than being made in a right to work state like Vermont.
