Blueish white smoke is oil my freind. Black smoke is to much gas. Talking about your 70 that is. My 70 smokes all the time a blueish white smoke, more on start up but never stops puting out white smoke. It has good oil presure so I add oil and keep on going. The 66 I have does the same thing on start up but quits after 15 min. or so. The 66 starts hard, have to run starter a long time, but it turns over easy. Most likley valve guides, valves, and rings. The 70 starts easy, turns over once or twice and starts up. Most likely rings. I wont know for sure untill I tear them down. Good Luck
