It seems the only reliable way to get People PC to stop charging is to cancel the credit card. But you might have luck by disputing the charge in writing to your credit card company. The last time I did that, I got a phone call from the president of the company I was complaining about and we resolved the matter quickly in my favor. That was a case of double billing and shipping once. Enough complaints from credit card users and a company can loose its credit card machine and accounts. Gerald J.
