I would trhow an ad in a local paper and ask say $500-1000 for it and see if you could sell it that way. Also put a for sale sign in the window of it to sort of slow down the cops, most of the time if they see that they know your tring to get it out of there. Scrap for it would be at most $200 if not a lot less
