"Sweating" is really moisture in the air condensing on a cold enough surface. Is this happening in the morning as the shed heats up, or did frost condense on the cold tractor overnight and then melt as the shed heated up in the morning? Either way your real culprit is the source of the moist air. Are you in a damp climate? Does your shed have enough ventilation to let the moist air out? Do you have a concrete floor? They tend to wick moisture up from the ground. Hope these questions lead you to an answer.
