I would be willing to bet your fluid is frozen. Companies are getting cheap and have started to sell watered down fluid in the summer. It is only good to about 20 degrees. The winter stuff is good to -20 or so. I would be willing to bet that the fluid is frozen in the lines near the nozzles where there is a smaller amount. Both my car and truck did the same thing this year.
