When you figure out the problem post it on here. I doubt you have the big ZF 5 speed in the f-150 but maybe it does. I have one in my 88 f-350 and it is a terribly noisey piece of junk. Has been noisy from the day I bought it but it is getting worse. Especially when you are lugging it through town. If you ask me they went backwards in technology when they put those in the trucks. Ford should have recalled every one of them and put automatics in them. Oh wait, ford is out of money. Wonder why!
