have fords for years- and hate to tell you-- the problem is prob. in the oil pump-- the last few years ford has made lousy pumps some of them only went 30K and did just what you are experiencing== put in heavy oil and I'll bet you the pressure comes back-- I don't mean to run it this way but it will tell you if it is in the pump or guage.. if it is a 2 wh dr not bad to change-- ///// another screwing by ford but they aren't the only ones ++ chevy with the overdrive tranny, dodge with the weak front end toyota with the rust and so on and so on wish you luck
