OT - full English breakfast

Hey guys; you sure got my mouth watering reading about your breakfasts. Not sure exactly what some of the items are but sure sound great. When I was on the road staying in hotels, I got cereal, bacon-eggs-sausage-fried bread-baked beans-mushrooms etc, then toast. Often couldnt eat it at 7am but could have gone back at 10am after a few hours work ! LoL Over the years I ended up 30 pounds overweight. So now its branflakes in warm milk, yogurt and maybe toast and a banana. In winter its Irish (course ground oats) porridge. Keeps me full for a while. Got to come to the US one day to sample your foods, sound wonderfull to me! Cheers David
