I have several tractors and snow blowers. Two Ford 3000s with front plows and rear facing blowers. A Ford 860 with front plow and a old allied pull blower. A MM 302U with front plow and an new Erskine pull type snow blower. A Ford 1620 with a front blower and a rear blade. In Northern Wisconsin the front blade works best for us. Yes the rear blowers are a pain but they do move the snow and are less than 1/3 the price of a front mount blower. The rear blowers have fewer parts and less break downs. However we really like the new Erskine pull type rear blower the best. It costs more but we love it. Copy and paste the link. http://www.erskineattachments.com/products/ blower_rear.html
