Best way is a Game cam which clicks from movement and or putting up a fence, barbed wire and cars don't mix well or a heavy pipe type fence which again cars and fense wouldn't mix well and the car may end up haveing to be towed if they tried it again and if towed you then would have them not only for what they have already done but for also destorying your new fence
