I suppose you would call him a "wet-back". lol In the 60's we all drove across on the ice to avoid paying the toll on the bridge. (Baudette MN). Dont suppose they allow that anymore as customs is at the bridge proper. No one ever cared when you fished or crossed by boat on the lake or river.
