Hi HillBilly; Boxing Day serves several purposes:- 1 - to start eating cold turkey left over from Christmas Day lunch - the 1st of many turkey meals! 2 - to visit stores who open on Boxing Day to sell all at discount all the stuff they didnt sell before Christmas. 3 - stores open to accept back all the unwanted Christmas presents we received the day before. 4 - to take a walk to try and counter all the calories we ate on Christmas Day 5 - to recover from the horror of all the visiting neighbours & relations who came on Christams Day. Maybe I am getting older & more cynical !!! LoL Cheers David
