You mean to say all those stories I heard, were true. The cop forces you off the road because he says you were speeding or went through a red light he caused to go red, you pay the ticket there and then or wait in town for the Judge. Oh I forgot the cop won't let you drive out of the ditch no mater how small, his brother in law just happens by with a tow truck. I always thought these were just stories.
