I agree with Doug, I just went through the same thing myself. My tractor would die at the oddest times, no pattern to it (except it seemed to happen when I was the farthest from the shop). Anyway, I took apart the carb and cleaned it up a little... actually helped quite a bit but didn't completely solve the problem. Ended up finding a wee bit of rust particles in the gas tank which would shift around and clog the fuel outlet of the tank. We stuck a small rod in there (real small), and poked the rust through. Tractor stays running now! KP
