You fellers are always great to answer my humble questions. Thanks very much. Now, to just find a grinder! I have plans on running it with my Super A. I had my eyes on an old PTO driven sheller but it was just too far away from eastern KY. My JD 1B sheller has been converted to electric and it does fine for what it is.....sure would be nice to shovel it in instead of one at a time. If you never seen a hand cranked sheller driven by a 1.5 HP motor..it's a hoot! I installed a 16" compressor pulley and a 1.25" motor pulley...the motor is 3450 rpm. A 1725 rpm motor would have been ideal...but you use what you have:). As it is, it throws the cobs about 10 feet.
