Well - afer a bearing replacement and loosing three bolts from his haybine, my neighbor got about 3 acres of my hay cut down yesterday. About 95% is good mixed grass hay, but there is a small part that has some ragweed in it. We got 25 small squares/acre in June (first time this field had ever been baled). Don't know what we'll get this time, but it LOOKS a LOT thicker. He's coming back about noon to rake and then later this afternoon to bale. I'll feed the ragweeds to my goats and sell the rest.
