plugged and dirty air filter. loose mounting screws, especially the single one that holds the foam air cleaner on top. This needs to be in, even if the air filter is removed problem with the pump diaphragm between the carb and tank. I suppose the timing could be off, due to shearing the flywheel key. Most won't run after this happens, but I had a couple that did and they ran rich, and had no power. IT wasn't off by much, but it was off by enough. New aluminum key and everything was running perfect again. just a few possiblites...
