In general Japaneese tractors are very good. That includes grey market tractors, which are sold used, _not_ new. However Grey market may be very hard to find parts & service for here in the USA. India and Korea make some ok tractors - a little cheaper, not quite as good as the Japaneese stuff. It sounds like you are looking at China made tractors tho?????? They are cheap, & not worth that much. Junk. Made from poor castings, & poorly fitted, awkward controls. Be sure you are looking at what you are describing. I was at a truckload sale - can't say the name now, H-----. They had some of those junk China tractors. Fellow claimed they were Kubota machines, or just like them. Yea, right! As if. Just a salesman's lie. The hyd lever would snap off in my hand; the hyd were leaking as it sat there; the castings were rough looking & could see poorly melted iron; the controls were placed in poor locations & cramped. That was _no_ Kubota machine, & it was no bargin at all..... Grey Market, Japaneese, and China-made tractors are 3 different things, with different levels of quality & support. So which are you looking at? :) --->Paul
