We have been in the boarding/trainig busines all my life. Right now we've got 40 boarded horses inside the barn, and around 20 of our own and lesson horses living in the pasture. We have never had a lot of trouble getting money out of the people, but we deal with a pretty wealthy clientel. Our inside full care board is $500 a month per horse. We have some people who have as many as 3 or 4 horses inside, the horses are in training, and they take two to three lessons a week at $35 per 50 minute lesson. There is plenty money out there, just have to be in the right area.
