Not as true today with the new Hybreds but You should wait until after the fly date to sow wheat.It has to do with the Mating and laying eggs of The Hession Fly in or on the wheat seed.It veries Countys to Countys and State to State on Dates and year to year.I am no expert but I have seen some Years you should have followed it and other years Nothing happened.
