Ultimate Allis Chalmers-Tried again

I saw this yesterday at the World Famous Goat cook-off in Brady, TX. The guy said the engine block had been cracked in several places so it sat for 10 years before he got this idea. Sorry about the clarity, my grandson got greasy fingers on my lens.
