I have been told what impressed some of my customers in the past have been: I took the time to write down the radio station presets and reset the radio(no i dont charge for that), The lady was impressed she said after spending 600 bucks i dont have to fiddle with that. She asked how I did all the work i did without disconnecting the battery i said i ddi disconnect it i just reset the radio presets. I try not to mess with seats etc if i can help it. And I installed some radio equipment wig wag lights backup alarm etc etc on a pickup the guy actually looked under the dash and said "wow doesnt even look like you were in there. I said htanks 99.9 percent of customers wont check your work wont stick their feet up in the air, lay on the seat backwards and check your wiring you do under the dash but i still make everthing neat, and zip strip it up out of the way. Also i try to make sure to solder all joints with 2 pieces of shirnk wrap (right size and one size to go over it. Most interiors shouldnt need that but i try to do everything the right way. I hate and detest scotch locks or butt connectors, even seen factorys use scotch locks, not on my vehicles.
