If it turns some and then comes to an abrupt halt, sounds like something is bad wrong. I would really look at the rods in the area where the head gasket leaked. If the cylinder filled with antifreeze and hydro locked, trying to start it could have bent a rod. Look at it closely, because if you try to force it in this situation, you could do more damage. Sounds like whatever it is happened before you put the wrenches to 'er, so I really doubt if it is just a "rust" problem. Dunno, Allan
