Won't work. Battery is direct current. And the voltage is too low to hurt you. Now if you could plug into the hot side of an electrical outlet that would work great. Guy I used to know did that inside his dog lot to keep the dogs in. For a battery you build a capacitance discharge high voltage generator. Works like a car ignition system. Only instead of a coil it uses capacitors. Just use bigger capacitors to get higher voltages. You can knock somebody for a wallup with one of these. How about a small power inverter hooked to the battery and run a fence charger off of that. They make solar fence chargers that do just that. Pooh Bear
