Obsessive Compusive Hoarding Disorder It seems to be a pretty well defined problem I had a family member that did that. 40 cars (about 6 intersting antiques that might be worth something, and 34 that were just junk) Tons of old riding mowers and push mowers. This guy's main hobby was dumpster diving. And yeah, its sad when someone like that passes, becasue their heirs are left with the monumental task of getting rid of it all.
