Dont know much about a Case,but Ill give it a shot.Dont know why it iced up,I have noticed condensation on the outside of the carb on my Farmall before.I assumed that if there was some on the outside MAYBE some was getting on the inside.
Of course running it for a little bit cleared it up but for the heck of it I cleaned all the lines good and made sure that there was plenty of gas getting there.Condensation still came so I just forgot about it.Then I had to change the metal gas line(for what reason I dont remember)And replaced it with rubber and I havent had a problem with it since.Sorry I couldnt give more!:)
