Your in luck!, Howard Rotavator is still around, and we have dealers here in the USA. That tiller you got is the best in the world. What you need to do is go on the Howard Rotavator site and search for dealers in your area. I looked real quickly, and it looks like you may have to call the distributer that covers your area and ask him for your nearest dealer.
