You can rebuild it if you want but..................I learned the hard way a couple of times it's cheaper and certainly less agrivation to toss a trashed engine in the scrap pile. And start over with all new everything with a warrenty. Outlets such as www.smallenginewarehouse.com etc sell brand new engines at a deep discount.
