Be sure you have no tire or rim problems. Run one wheel up on a board and then spin the other checking for a bad tire or rim. Also check for wobble from the bearing. It could be worn or the nut could be loose. This will cause wobble. Next check the U Joint in the steering shaft. If non of that works then pull the hood and grill and remove the worm gear cover plate, on the top of the steering column. In there you will find a worm gear and a sector gear. Check for worm gear bearing wear, sector gear wear and the sector nut tightness. Good luck.
