I know how to deal with the chain stores and still get the right part. What you do is go onto the chain store's website, look up the part yourself, get the correct part number, look at the picture of the part and go to the chain store with this information. Then make sure they look it up and check to make sure you are getting the part number you found when you looked it up. Since doing that I haven't got an incorrect part yet and I end up knowing more than the parts guy.
