I think those lines from the tank to filter and return are steel 5/16 brake line. Just pick up a peice of line at the parts store and bend to fit and double flare the fittings on the ends. Same with the power steering lines, they are 3/8 brake line, just bend to fit and reuse the fittings and double flare the ends.
