About right, but early detergent oils had a rep for foaming and not recommended for splash lube systems, with or without filters. Current detergent multi-vis oils usable in most early systems for general use, concern is loss of 'dirt seal'. Current non-detergent straight weights oils have been improved and are still usable in many systems- engine, gear, hydraulic that originally recomended them. Brother uses 20 weight in JD60, B yet, annual oil change.
