Check the range lever and make sure they are in neutral, move it thru the ranges and then back to neutral, also reposition the other levers that have safety switches, pto etc. My Father-in-law had a tc30 that did the same thing once, moving the range lever out of neutral and then back into neutral reset the safety switch and got it started. Check your owners manual for other safety switches that may be keeping it from starting...
