Which Transmission Oil ??

Very Interesting reading. I have a MF 65 with a loader. One dealer tells me to use Trans Hydraulic oil the other tells me to use MF SAE 90 as stated in the manual because the Trans Hydraulic will ruin the seals in the older tractors. Who is right? What is the best choice?
