Brad, not being a computer geek myself, I'm not aware of all the problems you list (and I will say you have done so in a polite way). Having said that, the upgrades you refer to probably aren't free and as a result, Kim is going to have to spend some money on them. Where does she get her money (assuming she's not independantly wealthy), well from advertising of course and also from user donations. I've often thought that she should be more aggressive soliciting donations and have made that comment to her a time or two but her requests remain subtle and not "in your face". You probably didn't even know that you could (or should) contribute to this site and if you haven't I suggest you search around on the home page where it mentions voluntary donations and get your pen out and write her a cheque. If you have already done so, then I retract my comments about this to you but encourage others reading it to do what I suggest. Have a good day.
