OT Ford F150 stuck valve

This is an 89 with a 351 and it sits for extended periods of time. Well, I fired it up the other day and it's got a dead miss, and a pft,pft,pft sound in addition to a pecking that I'm pretty sure is coming from the left bank. I put about a half quart of A/T fluid through the intake with a squirt can and that never made no difference at all. Sure could use, and would appreciate any and all words of wisdom. Thanks Reido
