9N,Dearborn Loader and 501 mower package value?

Whoops, sorry for the cross post, I didn't realize I had posted this to the implement forum.

I'm looking at a 9N with a Dearborn loader(tag says 19-60) and a 501 ford mower. The tractor is in _bad_ need of paint,(it looks as old as it is!) but otherwise seems solid. It starts easy, didn't smoke, didnt miss at all and the sheet metal is straight and solid. The motor looks pretty dry, as in not a lot of oil leaks. The steering is tight, it has one fairly new rear rim and the tires are all old, but ok. The loader is rusty(surface rust) but is straight and not bent up and goes up and down fine. The 501 is fairly rusty but doesn't look hurt to my novice eye. The guy wants $2000 for it all and won't budge.

This would be my first farm tractor. We just bought an old farm house on 10 acres and I want an old tractor. I like old things. But farm tractors are new to me. I've fooled with 60s Wheel Horse's and Cub Cadets, but the bigger tractors are new territory for me. Is $2000 fair?
