It is the long pin that holds the backhoe onto the tractor.It's about 3 or 4 inches around I would guess.There is a bracket that is mounted to the tractor with teeth, that houses the pin then the pin has teeth that are supposed to mesh with it but all are worn so the pin is swiveling in the bracket.It like this-bracket,arm bracket,pin through all.
