Rich: When you are looking at those trucks, make sure you stay in the 94-95 and newer. You saw my truck when i came up to get those balers. Good truck, it is a 93 with a 5 speed and 4.10 gears. I was expecting to get in the 16- 17 mpg range with it. I am getting 14- 14.5 at best. When I went to get that truck, I pulled it home on a trailer (my 93 purchased with a bad clutch) with a 95 7.3PSD automatic and 4.10 gears. That truck averaged 17 mpg on a 320 mile round trip, 160 of those pulling the trailer and a 6500 F250. That is the big reason I recomend the PSD, it gets better mileage, and with diesel here in SW IA at 2.59 yesterday and headed north that 2-4 mpg difference is worth it. Rob
