international 464, how good is this tractor?

I am a Ford guy ( 600 800 2000 ). These are all I know, and I love them, but having to sell to get something with power steering because of bad elbow, and I've been told it's price prohibitive to add on PS. I saw an add for Intl. gas 464 with QT loader, and side shifter for $7000. Should I keep looking for Ford or is this a good easy operator? Thanks, ken
