Sid, you can do more than you realize. I live in Texas, and gave James Sasser of Tenn. h-ll. One of the things I told his office after getting a load of crap, was, I may not be one of his constituents, but I would work my butt off to get his senate seat una$$ed. I don't know if my bit helped or not, but" his seat was una$$ed. Back when Princess Red Flower [or whatever her name was] was doing the voter registration drive in S.Dakota, and got caught getting names off tombstones and out of thin air, and signing voter cards. I sent Tom Daschle's office an email. I got an email back, telling me that I was not one of his constituents, and they didn't need my input, and that I lived in Texas and needed to contact my own Senators.[I didn't know about the IP address thing at the time] I sent back an email thinking them for the reply, and told them when re-election time came for Mr.Daschle, they would hear from me, and that this Texan would work his butt off for his opponent, if he had one. I didn't get a reply. When his seat was up for grabs, I sent an email, Remember me? I'm here to do my best, to help take away Mr.Daschles gravy train... They all have web sites, and it is your constitutional right to voice your opinion, no matter what state you live in. And hey" you may even get labeled a trouble maker if you work at it.
