The model 37 loader was never equipped to be a quick attach type of loader. It was the lighter duty, lower priced model. As far as taking it off, support the boom properly (stand, chain hoist, overhead sling, etc.) , drive out the lift cylinder pins, lay them on the front axle carefully, lift up the boom to relieve pressure on the boom pins, drive them out and back the tractor away. Then stand the lift cylinders upright and secure them so they don't fall during other work. And make sure the loader is rock solid where it is standing, so no adventurous youngsters climb on it or bump into it and get themselves hurt. At ALL times, stay out from under it, and be careful. They are handy loaders, but remember they only have a limited lift capacity, don't expect to lift much more than 1200 lbs.
