1966 model Oliver 1950 with the little 4-53 Detroit pulling 6x16's turning 120 hp at 3000 rpms with big injectors and a straight pipe.It was more fun to be about 1-2 miles away listening to it while my Dad or brother were plowing with it.We had a field with a tough clay spot and the little Detroit would come down to 2200 rpms in high 3rd,time to shift the hydra-power to low side and let her hit 3000 again until you hit the easier plowing ground, then back up to high side.It could easily be heard for over 10 miles on a calm clear moonlit night as many people we knew aways off could hear it.Some friends at a small town 8 miles to the north said they used to sit on their porch of an evening and listen to it.

1967 1206 Farmall pulling a 21 ft Krause disk in high 1st.That DT361 sure has a nice turbo whistle.

1969 G-900 MM diesel with a straight pipe pulling a 5x16 MM plow. That 451 with no turbo had a nice deep roar.
