I too want to know about this down draft ? It's too bad but sometimes you have to become a real bi**h to get anywhere after the sale. I would say call or e-mail JD headquarters and ask them about those chains and your other issues. I'd be willing to bet they will help you and they will send a letter to or call your dealer.
