I agree with Scott. That diamond after the number tells me you really have found the serial number. The first letter should be an N and there should be a diamond before the N also. So your full number should be <>NAA90918<>. Ford often used a capital "I" for a 1. Does it have an overhead valve 4 cylinder engine? Does it have a round emblem on the nose above the grille (or a round spot where the emblem used to be)? A 9N will have a flathead 4 cylinder engine and the serial number will be stamped on the left side of the engine block on a 1" x 4" rectangular spot just below the head. Here are a couple of sites that may help you nail it down. Smith's 8N identifier page. This is a good one for identifying 9N, 2N and 8N Fords, but it also mentions the NAA/Jubilee. Just scroll all the way down. Vintage Ford Tractor Resource serial/model numbers. This is a very good site for the NAA and later Fords (up through 1964).
