Gannon Box Blade

I have done all kinds of searches and I cant seem to find any information about Gannon Box Blades. Does that company still remain in business, do they have a web-site etc.? I am looking at a tractor today that has one of their box blades with a ripper that is controled by a manual Over-Center locking arm. I would like to find some information on it so I can adjust the value of the tractors worth. Joe
