Hey Brian. Before you pull the trigger on your neighbor, call and ask him what gives. He may have put a liner on the rims, sandblasted the beading areas, or some other chore that really tied up his time. Changing these old tires is no picnic and we are hard pressed to find a shop that will mess with them around here. Give your neighbor the benefit of the doubt and let him explain.
